Failed to start deployment" persists on Pro plan — previous ticket closed without response

I'm experiencing persistent "Failed to start deployment" errors across multiple services on a Pro plan since Mar 4, 2026 at 08:50 UTC. No code changes were made prior to the failures.
Error message: "Failed to start deployment. If this error persists, please reach out to the Railway team at https://station.railway.com"
- The failure occurs at the deployment stage, not during build
- Multiple services affected in the same project
- Redeployments have not resolved the issue
- This appears related to the recent platform incidents (Mar 3-4) visible on status.railway.com
I previously submitted a private ticket for this issue, but it was marked as "Solved" without any reply or explanation. The issue remains unresolved.
Is anyone else experiencing this? Any workarounds?
