While migrating to Railway Metal, my Postgres service's attached volume (5GB) has been migrating for the last day. It has failed to migrate. This volume has been strange since its creation, as it does not display any metrics and was not billed on my last invoice. However, it has been functional for data storage.

Hi. Looks like it was successfully migrated and for some reason ended up in that last stuck state. Please let us know if you've got any issues by re-opening the thread
