Hi, can you share any screenshots of the issues you're having? Also, is your repository heavy in terms of storage?

Cloning takes about 23 seconds on my computer, but it is admittedly a 580 mb repo

Still it shouldn't take 30 minutes. One potential thing is that I have 2 services off the same repo. Maybe some throttling happens when they both get triggered at the same time?

OK, I had some files in my git that shouldn't have been there. A little git filter-repo and deploys are much faster now.

the repo size is the issue here, 530MB is a lot

Confusing thing for me was that sometimes it would complete in a minute and sometimes it would never complete.

Appreciate the pointer to storage as the issue
