My account was wrongly banned due to an apparent violation related to VPN usage. I wasn't aware that using a VPN could lead to such issues, and this has unfortunately resulted in a ban. I initially thought the ban would be temporary, but since it remains in effect, I am seeking guidance here. I understand that this forum doesn't handle ban appeals; could anyone advise where I might appeal this decision?

My use of a VPN was solely for security purposes, without any intention to bypass the platform's regulations. By any chance are you using an AI to write these messages?
Additionally, do you mean to say that you were only using a VPN service while accessing Railway? I had assumed being banned for VPN usage meant you where trying to run a VPN on Railway, please clear this confusion up.
