URGENT: False Positive Phishing Ban -Government Portal - Account Suspended

Hi Railway Support Team,

My main account (amjad.awadallah93@gmail.com) was flagged and suspended automatically for "Phishing" today. This is a critical false positive for an official government-linked project.

What the project actually is:

It is a private, internal employee engagement portal (World Cup predictions game) built specifically for QCC government employees. It uses email OTP verification (no password harvesting whatsoever) to log in.

Why this is extremely urgent:

1. Since this is an official government domain (adqcc.com), having the site blocked with a "Phishing" warning is a serious issue for our organization's reputation.d
2. Our users are actively using the app daily, and our SQLite database volume (containing all active prediction records and user points) is locked inside the suspended project.

We have already submitted a web appeal, but we urgently need your help to:

1. Manually review and lift the suspension on the account.
2. Or at least grant us temporary access to download our SQLite database volume (/app/App_Data/qcc_voting.db) so we can migrate and keep the service running.
