We're in the process of rolling out Fastly as part of our edge network. The on-and-off behavior you're noticing is due to us gradually ramping up traffic through Fastly while we fine-tune configurations, sometimes pulling back to address issues before re-enabling at higher percentages. The goal is to have it running permanently for all traffic once the rollout is fully stable.
