Subject: Request for Manual Review of Restricted Workspace

Hello Railway Support Team,

My Railway workspace has recently been restricted, and I received the following notification:

“Workspace restricted — Railway has restricted My Projects. Reason: ToS Violation.”

I would like to request a manual review of my account and workspace.

I was using Railway for a personal project and did not intend to violate Railway’s Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy. If my deployment or configuration was not permitted on Railway, I apologize for that and I am willing to remove or modify the project and make sure that any future use complies fully with your policies.

Could you please let me know what specifically caused the restriction and whether my workspace can be reviewed and restored?

I would appreciate any guidance on what I need to change to comply with Railway’s policies.
