The current Railway templates and deployment guidance for next-wp do not work reliably, making it difficult to deploy a functional Next.js and WordPress (headless) setup. This bounty is to identify why the existing templates fail, and to provide a verified, reproducible way to deploy next-wp on Railway, either by fixing the template or by documenting a working alternative approach. The final outcome should be a tested deployment that builds and runs without errors and clearly explains the required services, environment variables, and build or start expectations so users can deploy next-wp on Railway without confusion.

What issues did you run into that you think are worth documenting? I can see both next-wp templates have 100% success on recent deploys
