I have already verified:
- Volume
mysql-volumeexists and contains ~1747MB of data - MySQL 9.4 fails with downgrade error from 90600 to 90400
- MySQL 9.6 fails during server upgrade on mysql.slave_master_info
- A custom mysql:9.6 container with the same attached volume also fails with Data Dictionary initialization
At this point I need Railway to recover the user data directly from the volume in an internal rescue environment or provide a logical dump from the attached volume.
Please escalate this as urgent data recovery.
