Hello Railway Trust & Safety Team,

Thank you for your previous response. I fully respect your team's decision and understand the critical importance of maintaining platform security and integrity.

However, I am writing one final, respectful appeal regarding the restriction of my workspace. I am not asking you to compromise your security policies, but rather to consider the context and the concrete remediation steps I have already taken.

I now understand exactly what triggered your security systems. My application was attempting to fetch public proxy lists and perform rapid network health checks. I realize now that this behavior inadvertently mimicked malicious network abuse, resource exhaustion, or a DDoS pattern, which is a direct violation of your acceptable use policies.

I want to assure you that this was a result of developer inexperience and a lack of awareness regarding network limits, not any malicious intent. This project is a critical educational and portfolio endeavor for me, representing dozens of hours of development.

To resolve this, I have already taken the following irreversible steps:

Complete Code Rewrite: I have permanently deleted all code related to automated proxy scraping, mass health-checking, and aggressive request loops.

Rate Limiting: The application is now strictly limited to lightweight, user-initiated requests with strict rate limits, fully complying with standard API usage and your Terms of Service.

Environment Cleanup: I am ready to deploy only the sanitized, compliant version of the codebase.

Losing access to this workspace means losing months of work and my project's database.

I am humbly asking for a one-time exception or a short probationary period to prove that the updated, compliant code operates safely and quietly within your network limits.

If a full reversal of the restriction is absolutely impossible under any circumstances, I respectfully request a brief 24-hour window or a database export option so I can retrieve my code and data to migrate elsewhere, rather than having my work permanently destroyed.

Thank you for your time, understanding, and for maintaining a safe platform for all developers.
