I changed plan to free plan, but when i try to redeploy it display the following announce.
Free plan deployments must be serverless. Please go to your service settings and turn on the serverless flag.

Every service on the Free plan has to run with Serverless (App Sleeping) turned on, so the deploy is blocked until you enable it. Open your service's Settings, go to the Deploy section, turn on Serverless, then deploy again from source by pressing Ctrl+K (Cmd+K on Mac) and selecting Deploy latest commit.
Running a service without Serverless requires a paid plan (Hobby or above).

Serverless is now turned on for this service, so keep it that way. A normal Redeploy reuses the old deployment's settings, so deploy using the command palette instead: press Ctrl+K (Cmd+K on Mac), then select Deploy latest commit.
