I just downgraded to the free plan, and my project was set to have it's region at EU west. Since this region disables free plan usage from 8AM-8PM i'd like to switch to a different region (preferrably the one with the lowest downtime), but can't change it due to being on the free plan. Is there an easy way to fix this? (so not deleting the whole project, changing your default region and creating a new project)
