I created my railway account through github few years back. I didn't use this platform at that moment. Now when i am trying to create a workspace it saying me to upgrade to hobby plan. I didn't used any resource till now. I already downgraded again to railway free tier plan.
Tell me how to revoke this again

You already have a workspace, it is called "Akash's Projects".
Can you please share any screenshots of the error you are getting?

yeah sure, actually i didn't use any service till now but now i want to try this platform and i am not able to do that.

The screenshot you showed says you have a free workspace. You should be able to create projects and run services (within the free plan's limits).
What error are you encountering?

normally a new project should be created when i click on new, but currently when i am trying to create a new project a pop up showing saying Upgrade to create a new project
Free plan resource creation has been exceeded.
although i never used the free plan resources

Thought I'd chime in, either this is pretty weird UI/UX, or something's wrong. Having a primary "+ New" button in a workspace would indicate to create a project, but I get the exact same issue.
Clicking on "Create a New Project" brings me to an entirely different page, but it says "Dockerhub was down, deploy queue is full" - i assume because of the outage earlier, but it does indeed look like the "new project" screen.^ Button vs CTA
