Hi I had my free trial plan force expire today due to the issues with the major outages. Is there any way that I could be credited what I had left on my free trial and add that to my account as a credit?

We understand that losing trial time to a platform issue is genuinely frustrating, and we're sorry that happened. Unfortunately, service credits for downtime are only available under our Enterprise SLA, so we're not able to add credit back to your account for trial time lost during the outage. Your workspace currently has a $5.00 credit balance that will offset your Hobby plan usage going forward. We're sorry we can't do more here.
