Project ID: 5c5cda4d-f9a5-4d46-a6d6-187ae9febd87 Workspace plan: - Free Workspace ($1/month usage included) - No payment method attached Issue: - My dashboard shows "Out of Credits" and all services are offline (0/2 services online). - Deployments are blocked. - However, I still have $0.96 of the $1 monthly credit remaining. Additional information: - Billing page correctly shows that I'm on the Free Workspace plan. - Dashboard sidebar incorrectly says "Trial Plan". - My monthly usage is extremely low (usually less than $0.10/month). - My project is basically a personal app and uses serverless services that are only accessed occasionally. - Billing history has always been $0.00. I've already tried: - Waiting and refreshing the dashboard. - Checking Billing (everything looks normal). - No recent changes to the project before this happened. It seems like my workspace may be stuck in an incorrect billing state. Has anyone experienced this before, or could someone from the Railway team check my workspace? Free Workspace ($1/month usage included)
No payment method attached

Issue:

My dashboard shows "Out of Credits" and all services are offline (0/2 services online).
Deployments are blocked.
However, I still have $0.96 of the $1 monthly credit remaining.

Additional information:

Billing page correctly shows that I'm on the Free Workspace plan.
Dashboard sidebar incorrectly says "Trial Plan".
My monthly usage is extremely low (usually less than $0.10/month).
My project is basically a personal app and uses serverless services that are only accessed occasionally.
Billing history has always been $0.00.

I've already tried:

Waiting and refreshing the dashboard.
Checking Billing (everything looks normal).

It seems the issue is your trial is over. It says Zero days left. Not sure about this but that is my take.

I think there has been a misunderstanding. My workspace shouldn't be on the Trial plan.

My billing page shows "Free Workspace" (with $1/month included), and I still have a remaining balance of $0.96. However, the dashboard displays "Trial Plan" and is blocking my deployments.

My trial plan ended a few months ago, and I am using the $1 free plan.

My monthly usage is in the $0.10–$0.15 range, so I’ve been using the free plan.

This morning, my deployments suddenly stopped, indicating a limit issue, even though I still have a balance of $0.96.
