I cannot add a new service from Github repo, it tells me to upgrade to a Hobby Plan but I'm already in the Hobby Plan, seems like I'm stuck in a loop

They're telling you to upgrade beyond hobby, not hobby.

Hi team, is this issue already resolved? I'm on a Pro plan and still see some deployment showing "failed to download current snapshot: Failed to read object from bucket ..."
