Added a new service, deploy is fine, but after generating domain, it shows error like
This site can’t be reached
Check if there is a typo in a4b-django-backend-production.up.railway.app.
If spelling is correct, try running Windows Network Diagnostics.
I am already using port 8080 which is recommended for gunicorn.
let me know what is the problem here

That domains works for me, if it's not working for you that would indicate an issue with your Internet.
