Getting application failed to respond error

Whenever I visit the link generated from the domain, I get this error. I have tried following the instructions on the common error page but I get the same error.

I have confirmed that the fixing common errors page covers your issue, you need to use port 8080.

Thanks I did not know I had to use port 8080 for it to work. While that solved the issue I am not getting another error of 403 Forbidden when i try to open the it.
