tried everything. reference variable didnt work, copy pasting it from postgres env didnt work. it only works when im using the proxy url

hello,
the private network is not available during build, you would want to run any database related commands via the pre-deploy command
my predeployment commands:
bunx prisma migrate deploy && bunx prisma generate
