I am trying to deploy a Laravel and MySQl DB service that were previously paused due to erroneously being flagged as having exceeded their limits.

But when I try to deploy these services now I immediately get a "There was an error deploying from source." error.

There is no information in any log files so I have no idea what the issues could be.

The Laravel service is deployed from a Github project and from what I can see this integration should still be set up.

The MySQL service is using the mysql:9.4 image.

What can I do to get these two services up and running again?
