While deploying application (in free tier) I'm getting this error "There was an error deploying from source."
This is too vague to be an error message though, do let me know what this actually means as I guess I can deploy a single app in the free tier too.

Probably something wrong when importing the private github source(?), does deploying a public repo works?

I believe the issue was that railway doesn't allow deployment from free tier during peak hours, it got deployed now.
