Getting OTEL spans from Docker's BuildKit

we're setting up OTEL at a project of ours by using environment variables but seems like that those environment variables are propagated to BuildKit, anyway to circumvent that without ditching env variables?

Also, it only propagates when using GRPC as a transporter.
