How do I solve this error I can't connect to github.

You would need to use the Railway account that you originally connected your GitHub account to.

The github account I am trying to connect to is running applications for many customers, so it needs to be connected to more than one railway account. How can I solve this? Is there anything I can do?

You can not connect a GitHub account to more than one Railway account.

Instead, you could create a new Pro workspace within the already existing Railway account.
