GitHub Deployments Creating Duplicate Environments

We’re seeing unexpected environment duplication in GitHub deployments. On each deploy, the same project appears multiple times under environments. The only environment we actively use is flylance-web / production. We first noticed this behavior when we connected the project to GitHub during the Jan 16 build outage. That timing is likely incidental, but it’s when the issue was discovered. There may be a stale or misconfigured deployment or environment reference causing GitHub to create duplicate environment entries on deploy.

Nevermind, apparently a team member deployed this repo without me knowing. False alarm.
