Since the repo belongs to a GitHub organization, the organization owner may need to explicitly approve the Railway GitHub App for that org. Go to your GitHub org's Settings -> Third-party access (or "GitHub Apps") and ensure the Railway App is approved/granted at the organization level, not just your personal account level. Organization-level approval is separate from the personal "All repositories" toggle and is often the missing step when repos from an org aren't visible.
