I’ve connected a GitHub organisation to Railway using the normal Railway flow. The integration shows as connected and configured correctly, however no repositories appear at all when trying to deploy. This has been in this state since yesterday with no change, so it doesn’t appear to be a delay or caching issue.
I am an organisation owner
The Railway GitHub App is installed on the organisation
The app is configured with All repositories access
The org is selectable during the GitHub App install flow and install completes successfully
The org is not on GitHub Enterprise and does not use SAML/SSO
I’ve fully disconnected and reconnected the GitHub integration
I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the Railway GitHub App multiple times
Logged out/in, hard refreshed, and waited overnight
Despite all of the above, the repository list in Railway is still completely empty and no errors are shown.

Hello,
Your GitHub account, code-forge-dev, is it a part of the organization in question, and if so, what level of access does it have?

Yes it is, it's an owner of the organization. See attached screenshot from Github of my account within that organization's people list. There should be absolutely no access issues, I have the highest permissions possible!

Hi there, thanks for walking through all those troubleshooting steps. Could you please share the GitHub organization you're trying to connect? Also, how many repositories does this organization currently have?
If possible, could you also try connecting to another organization and see if those repositories show up? This will help us determine if it's specific to this org or a broader account issue.
Best,
The Railway Team

Hi,
Thanks for the response. I'm trying to connect to the Sale Shark organization: https://github.com/Sale-Shark
It only has one repo in it, called sale-shark.
I have connected to other organizations and they show up fine, seems to just be an issue with this organization.
Regards,
Cameron

Hi, I've actually figured it out finally! Turns out that if you're logged in with an email and not your GitHub account, the integration will work fine and show that it has no issues, but it will just silently fail. This happens I think because the integration requires the permissions of the GitHub account to be the account you've logged in with. Can I make a request that this is fixed? At the very least it shouldn't show like it's all working when it doesn't work at all!

Howdy!
Glad its all working now! I'll keep this in mind and make sure to note this for future reference. That being said, it should work just fine if you link a github account to your "email based" account.
