Hello,

I’m experiencing an issue with one of my accounts.

On one account, GitHub connects successfully and my repository list loads correctly.

But on my other account, even though the Railway app is installed, it is unable to fetch my repositories.

Could you please check what might be causing this issue and help me resolve it?

also i tried install/reinstall but it didint work

Thank you.

Can you make sure you have given the Railway App bot access to your repositories? You can check this at GitHub Settings -> Applications -> Railway App -> Configure -> Repository access. Then please go into your Railway account and unlink and relink the GitHub integration.

Since the Railway App already has repository access, the next step is to accept any pending permission updates at github.com/settings/installations - click "Configure" next to the Railway App and approve any pending requests. After that, go to your Railway account settings, disconnect GitHub, then reconnect it. Finally, in your project canvas on the affected account, click Add, then GitHub Repository, then Refresh to force a cache refresh.
