GitHub Repository Missing From Connect Repo After Organization Transfer

My Railway workspace contains both the Vantage and Keanuenue projects.

Keanuenue is currently live through manual/CLI deployment.

The repository was transferred to:

Kpeds-Hawaii/keanuenue-vaccine-inventory

The Railway GitHub App is installed on the Kpeds-Hawaii organization and is explicitly authorized for that repository. GitHub Actions can access the repository successfully.

However, Railway’s Connect Repo picker still shows only the Vantage repository. The Keanuenue repository does not appear.

Please:

  1. Refresh the GitHub App installation associated with my Railway workspace.

  2. Resynchronize the available GitHub repository list.

  3. Verify Railway can access:

    Kpeds-Hawaii/keanuenue-vaccine-inventory

  4. Confirm the repository can be selected as the source for the existing Keanuenue service without creating a new service or affecting the currently running deployment.

Please do not modify or redeploy the existing service while investigating.

I already fully uninstalled the Railway GitHub App from the Kpeds-Hawaii organization, reinstalled it, authorized only Kpeds-Hawaii/keanuenue-vaccine-inventory, saved the installation, refreshed Railway, and reopened Connect Repo.

The repository still does not appear. Only the Vantage repository is listed.

I also tested temporarily granting the Railway GitHub App access to All repositories in the Kpeds-Hawaii organization. The Keanuenue repository still did not appear in Railway’s Connect Repo list.

I have now returned the App to Only select repositories with access only to Kpeds-Hawaii/keanuenue-vaccine-inventory.

At this point I have:

installed the Railway App on the correct organization;

authorized the specific repository;

uninstalled and reinstalled the App;

refreshed Railway;

tested All repositories;

confirmed the repository still does not appear.
