Hey there is not a way to get re-verified, if you unfortunately didn't meet the requirements you would need to upgrade to the Hobby plan.

Railway runs a check on your GitHub account to ensure your account isn't malicious. Some red flags are new accounts or inactive accounts. Since you joined a month ago it seems Railway considers your account suspicious and therefore denied you the Trial plan.

^ Yep, deleting and creating another account would not do you any good and could result in a ban.

I have had my GitHub for 6 months or more

7 months to be exact, but age is not the only factor.
Unfortunately your only path forward here would be to upgrade to the Hobby plan.
