git ignore paths for selective deployment isn't working

I am currently deploying multiple applications within a turborepo setup.

I currently have an issue where every push my production branch redeploys all applications. Railway does expose the git ignore style path detection so only files within that path should deploy, but that seems to not be the case.

Is there a best practice or a tip here or something obvious I'm missing here? I have configured it so my paths should be working.

any chance you could attach a git diff for the latest commit that caused a railway deploy ?

For brevity, i just pushed an empty commit to verify / test and it triggered all my services to redeploy. I can post a diff if you want but it just happens on every push regardless

Watch paths are currently not support with the builder v2. Can you try disabling that in the settings and trying.
