Project: Kaian
Service: Kaian
Environment: production
GitHub repository: ykaian/kaian
Branch: main
Autodeploy has never triggered a single deployment since connecting this repository. The Source settings show "Auto deploy unavailable" with the tooltip: "No project member has access to this GitHub repository. Check if the GitHub Railway App is installed and project members have their GitHub accounts connected."
I have already gone through every step in your troubleshooting docs (https://docs.railway.com/deployments/github-autodeploys#troubleshooting):
Confirmed GitHub account (ykaian) is connected to my Railway account, with GitHub App installed
Confirmed the Railway GitHub App has explicit access to ykaian/kaian under "Only select repositories"
Confirmed no pending permission updates on the GitHub App installation
Disconnected and reconnected the repository multiple times
Used the canvas "Add → GitHub Repository → Refresh" option to force a cache refresh
Fully uninstalled and reinstalled the Railway GitHub App from scratch
The error persists identically through all of the above. All deployments so far have been done manually via railway up (CLI).
Commits that never triggered a deployment: [cole aqui a saída do git log]
Could you please check on your end why this specific project/service isn't recognizing repository access?

The service configuration for Kaian shows no GitHub repository linked as its source. To enable autodeploys, go to the service's Settings tab, find the Service Source section, and use "Connect Repo" to link ykaian/kaian on the main branch. Once the repo is connected there, new commits to main will trigger automatic deployments.
