I am having exact same problem with here:https://station.railway.com/questions/git-hub-source-reconnect-stuck-f1a0f888
I transferred a repo from one account to another on github. Then on railway i disconnected the old connection and installed railway github app and configured it but the selected repo does not shows in the source section. When i click connect repo i see the repos from old github account. Even i click configure app, it does not connects.
It is same for my both services.

Make sure the Railway GitHub App has access to the correct repositories on your current GitHub account by going to GitHub Settings, then Applications, then Railway App, then Configure, and verifying Repository access includes the transferred repos. After confirming that, go to your Railway account settings and unlink then relink the GitHub integration so it picks up the updated account's repos.
