since 2026-10-31 05:28 UTC every GitHub-triggered deployment in my project stays in QUEUED indefinitely (“Deployment queued”, snapshotId = null), on both services. Redeploys of existing deployments start immediately, so only new snapshots from GitHub are affected. The Railway GitHub app has access to both repos.
