Hi,
I'm having an issue with the Railway GitHub integration.
Railway is connected to my GitHub account, the Railway GitHub App is installed, and the repository is explicitly included in the app's repository access.
The GitHub account also owns the repository and has admin access.
However, Railway still cannot read the repository through its GitHub integration. The following Railway operations return "Not Authorized":
- repository list
- repository lookup
- branch lookup
- repository access check
I also tried:
Add → GitHub Repository → Refresh
but the issue remains.
The service currently has the GitHub source only as a staged change; the effective source is still unset, so I have not applied or deployed anything.
This looks like a stale or broken Railway-side GitHub authorization / installation mapping.
I have Railway trace IDs, project/service IDs, and matching Railway/GitHub identity details available, but I would prefer not to post those publicly.
Could a Railway team member please help refresh or rebind the GitHub authorization / installation mapping, or let me know how I can provide the diagnostic details privately?
Thanks.
