Something seems to have broken recently with auto deployments from Github, it keeps asking to manually deploy for new commits from a PR merge.
We're using the squash-and-merge mode from GitHub, maybe that has something to do with it? From the message it's giving, it looks like it isn't finding the user from the commit.
The Github commit author is on the Railway team, and this was working in the past.
