Earlier today we experienced disruptions that affected builds, including a pause on Hobby plan builds. That has since been resolved: https://status.railway.com/incident/KVZ1Z8GY
Your most recent deployment completed successfully at 07:42 UTC. If you've pushed commits to GitHub since then that haven't triggered a new deploy, try pushing a new commit or using the "Redeploy" button in your service to kick off a fresh build.
Note that we are still working through a large backlog of deployments which means it make take some time to redeploy. (At the moment, Hobby deployments are paused while we try to catch up.) https://status.railway.com/incident/KVZ1Z8GY
