Please verify the Railway GitHub App has access to this specific repo under GitHub Settings > Applications > Railway App > Configure > Repository access, then go to your Railway account settings and unlink and relink the GitHub integration. After relinking, use the Refresh button (project canvas > Add > GitHub Repository > Refresh) to force a cache refresh before trying to connect the repo again.

If the repository belongs to an organization (or if the personal account is strictly managed), GitHub's organization-level security might be blocking it. Check the approval for Railway under the organization's settings (Organization Settings > Third-party access)

I'm having this issue too, though setting to allow All Repositories doesn't have any effect. Removing the Railway app from GIT and re-adding doesn't work either. It all seems to be configured ok on GIT, Railway just doesn't want to show any Repo's when trying to Connect Source -> search... 3rd Party apps have been working ok with other providers (Payload etc) so I'm wondering if its a Railway issue.

FYI I've been able to fix this issue as described on this support thread: https://station.railway.com/questions/org-repo-not-selectable-after-transfer-e343e780 where you need to goto your workspace canvas and Add the repository (making sure you have the Railway app setup on GIT). I also needed to allow the Railway app to all Repo's.

It happened to me and I couldn't fix it, so I used the artificial intelligence agent here on the platform and through it, it managed to make the connection, then the next pushes worked automatically
