Global regions vs Multiple concurrent regions

If I want to have two separate repos/apps, each with their own resources and databases fully contained—one deployed in the US region and the other in the EU region—would this setup be classified as Global Regions (Hobby Plan) or Multiple Concurrent Regions (Pro Plan)?

I’ve noticed that Global Regions seem to be a newer feature, but I haven’t been able to find detailed documentation on the exact definitions of each. Any insights would be appreciated!

I can’t find any documentation on Global Regions, but if I had to guess, users are able to choose one region for all their apps to deploy from.

You’re looking for multiple concurrent regions, you’d need the pro plan to be able to create replicas across regions
