Following the instructions, I attempted to add a CNAME record for the root domain in my GoDaddy DNS settings, but as you probably know GoDaddy does not support CNAME @ records.
Upon consulting with GoDaddy's support, they advised me to add the following CNAME record:
Type: CNAME
Value:papaweba.com
then I wrote to them again because it was probably the wrong entry, and they wrote this:
Type: CNAME
Name: www
Value:8nwsi1v9.up.railway.app
Then I redirected the main domain to www.
I ended up trying to set this up for a week and it still doesn't work. Am I doing the right thing?

Solved the problem. Since the entry on GoDaddy was inserted at www, then it was necessary to specify a custom domain with www in Railway.

Hello,
While you may have it solved for now, you will run into problems in the future since GoDaddy does not support root level CNAMEs.
Going forward you need to use Cloudflare's nameservers or you will experience service disruptions at some point in the future.
