Grist cost-effective cloud storage setup

I have currently setup MinIO service with an attached volume (which has a capacity maximum) - With this setup, I pay for both the volume and the service usage (CPU/Memory).

I am looking forward for more robust & cost optimised setup - something like AWS S3.

Grist has a requirement that the storage layer should support object-versioning for the snapshots to work.

Also, I don't want huge egress costs from the storage providers.

Nope, I explored this - the Storage Buckets offering from Railway do not support object-versioning feature yet! Also it is hard to determine when that feature will be out/prioritised for implementation!
