• Does this happen only in a single project or multiple? Can you share links to all of them where this happens?

• Does this happen in a specific environment? If so, can you give us the name of the environment and project they're in?

• Does this always fix itself after a single refresh, or multiple refreshes?

• How often do you see this? Can you share what actions you were taking in the project when this happens (e.g. scrolling around canvas, etc.)? Or does this happen when you initially browse into a project?

• What OS/browser and versions of them are you on?

Apologies for all the questions - we're trying to track this down but it has been difficult since we haven't been able to reproduce it, so we're trying to find commonalities between you and some other reports of the same issue.

the issue is no longer present, I believe a update fixed it
