^^ Not sure how else to explain this. I group my services together and after a while (few days) ill load into the project and they are all reset.

Can you please provide a snapshot of your project dashboard, in which the services are grouped (make sure the activity stats are also visible)
Services get reset to default like reset canvas button was pressed. Even if i explicitly make new groups, eventually they will be removed and the canvas will be reset. Attached is the current state after the groups was removed for whatever reason

And there are plenty of other events from around the time the canvas was reset.
I don't know if it helps, but I also had this “problem” with my project (8674d031-2d42-49d5-b756-bcc2cfcc2b47). It happened two or three times without me resetting the grid myself.

You on the other hand have not pressed it, so your report is a bug.
i remade my groups, deleted a few services im not using and came back to this
