Hi, I'm stuck with a problem: my debit card is locked to a Railway account and I want to remove it from that same hard-locked account that I no longer use.

Please email us at support@railway.com from the email your account and card is attached to. We can help you out privately there.
Well need you to email from that account so we can verify that you are the accounts owner.

I also want to delete that account because I want to cancel the monthly payment I had; I forgot to unsubscribe and now it won't let me delete the account.
because I'm afraid they'll charge me every month for not using any services.
