Hi there! I'm on the Free plan and have a valid, non-expired card on file. However, I'm still getting this error on GitHub Actions deploys:
"The job was not started because recent account payments have failed or your spending limit needs to be increased."
I'm well within my usage limits, and I just want to use CI/CD to deploy my bot. Could someone help me clear the billing flag? Thanks!

You're on the free plan but you have a card on file? If you have a card on file, you're on the hobby plan. Please send a screenshot of your usage page

Yep, that's the hobby plan. Please open your service and check the latest deployment. Is it running?
