Se sobrepasado los 5$ de mi plan Hobby. ¿Se me cortará el acceso?
¿O seguirá funcionando y me pasarán la factura de todo lo que vaya consumiendo de más de 5$ y me lo cobrarán toque renovar ciclo de suscripción?
NO me interesa el plan PRO, porque no voy a poder aprovecharlo

Puedes poner un límite para que corte si llegas a esa cantidad desde la configuración

I've exceeded the $5 limit of my Hobby plan. Will my access be cut off?
Or will it keep working and you'll just bill me for whatever goes over the $5 when the subscription cycle renews?
I'm not interested in the PRO plan, because I won't be able to make the most of it.

you are correct, you will simply be billed for the extra usage.
if you want to set a hard limit, that can be done from within the workspace settings.
