Issue Description
The Plane app is failing on the health check endpoint api/getintances, returning 502 Bad Gateway errors. The API service is not receiving the requests properly.

The application is using a Caddy proxy configuration based on the template from railwayapp-templates/plane-caddy-proxy
Caddy proxy is resolving the API endpoint (api.railway.internal:8000) to an IPv6 address [fd12:144f:bfe4:0:9000🅱️646f:f78f]:8000
