TLDR: Since GCP outage health check has been failing, even removing it I can't get a successful deployment.

Of course the server runs locally, and /health does result in a 200 HTTP status. I've now removed the health check since according to this very forum it's been problematic previously (https://station.railway.com/questions/health-check-failed-3dea21dd). But still deployments just disappear or stop loading, this has been happening since the GCP outage, is there some remaining problem related to it?
