Also, as it says that the service is unavailable, make sure that you have mapped the correct port via the public networking settings of the app.
If that does not help, try removing the health checkup endpoint from the Railway settings, and make sure that without it, the server/application is accessible. Most of the time, there is an error in the file itself, which is making the endpoint unavailable. And then you can rectify your server/application accordingly.
