Unfortunately, I have the brain capacity of a dinosaur, I saw that 2 services experienced timeout errors after timeout errors on another service for 24 hours prior amd assuemed it was your fault. I was wrong, it was a third parties fault for having an outage for 30 hours.

(9 figure company btw has outage for 30 hrs)
