Is there a way to change the region of my MySQL database on Railway? I would like to host it closer to my users in Europe.

yes you can, enable "metal volumes" here -

and then you can move the service to your desired region

remember, to get the most performance out of the platform, make sure to also have all other services in the same metal region, and make sure you are communicating over the private network when possible!
